The Traffic Club of Newark had a very busy September.   Ted Freedman and Tom Mulligan attended the 84th Annual TRANSPORTATION CLUBS INTERNATIONAL Educational Conference in Cherry Hill, September 14-17.   A great time was had by all at the Annual Beefsteak Dinner at the Brownstone and our last Golf Outing at Bunker Hill.  Once again, Alan Marshuetz did a great job running our Golf Tour of four outings for the 2006 Season.
